工作說明：

?To monitor daily sales performance to achieve the budget through team force.

?To be responsible for store’s products through retail management.

?To conduct the store openings through coordination with regional team and landlord.

?To analyze sales performance by stores to provide constructive information for merchandising/allocation team for merchandising planning.

?To further elevate the brand image through managing of store maintenance, sales associate’s ability and attitude, and product presentation, etc.

?To communicate with landlords for brand/corporate strategy while negotiate for better terms.

?Routine store visits to well understand market situation.

?BA or above degree holder with at least 10 years of solid experience in fashion retailing in a large corporation environment for international brands.

?Experience in developing and managing store openings through market surveys and terms negotiation with department store mangers.

?Good leadership to organize team work with efficiency.

?Good knowledge of fashion retailing industry, keen sense of the competitive environment.

?A good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, detail and good analytical skills

?A self-starter and proactive person, with the ability to work with people at different levels

?Strong PC skills

?Fluent in English and Mandarin
