工作說明：

Responsibilities:

(1)Ensure timely and accurate processing of the payroll

(2)Remain abreast of all facets of payroll procedural operations

(3)Maintain the integrity of the payroll and ensure internal control procedures are met

(4)Working within defined time constraints

(5)Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations

(6)Reconciling payroll accounts

(7)Yearly review of salary structure of employees

(8)Knowledgeable in withholding tax compensation and government mandatory deductions such as SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig

Requirements:

（1） BS/MS degree, with at least 3-5 years demonstrated payroll processing experience

（2） Excellent communication skills and attention to details

（3） Numerically ability and data entry skills; Ability to work to deadlines

（4） Fluent in Mandarin and English, can speak Tagalog will be a plus

Good command of English in speaking and writing is a must.

(5) Familiar with MS Office, Word and etc

(6) Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented characters

(7) Has experienced and knowledgeable in HRS/ERP is an advantage
