A worldwide beauty and health products is looking for a General Manager to develop and drive the business in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

? Devise strategies for brand development to meet the revenue and growth objectives of the company

? Identify key trend, establish promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives

? Monitor business operations and market plans of the company

? Coordinate and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties to assure excellent execution of business operation and brand building initiatives

? Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures

Other key requirements include:

? University graduate in business, marketing merchandising, retail or related disciplines

? Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, of which 6 years are at senior/management level

? Solid brand/product development experience gained from FMCG / beauty or retail sectors

? A strategic thinker with proven track record of leading teams and experience in product development

? Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasking and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others‘ support

? Strong in communicating with people from all walks of life and at all levels, both internally and externally

? Good at numbers and using reports for planning, implementing and monitoring purposes

? Good command of both English and Chinese, able to communicate in Mandarin professionally
