Working closely with the EE/RF/Antenna/Acoustic/PM team, you will be responsible for:

? Apply fundamental engineering skills through problem solving and process improvement

? Support and guide the ODM partner through mechanical process

? Analyse and compare mechanical structure from different vendors, cost, size and performance

? Produce idea and patent proposals when it is feasible

? Competitor analysis: analyse the technology, function, cost and performance in other mobiles

? Support the line with process work, which will improve the quality of mobiles, shorter the design time and decrease the cost of phones

? More than eight years of mobile phone developing experience

? Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English

? Ability to apply engineering principals for problem solving and process improvement

? Ability to take initiatives and to transfer knowledge and explain difficult technical issues clearly

? Experience of following parts in a mobile phone and / or consumer product; mechanical design and tolerance, tooling, cosmetic, mechanical CAD, polymer and moulding and verification experience

? Basic knowledge about acoustic and antenna
