工作說明：: 〝Analyze constrained based planning result , identify demand/supply imbalance and develop resolvers to bridge supply gap in a rationale way

〝Conduct global tactical planning and factory scheduling data analysis to ensure the accountability of supply commitment

〝Identify opportunities to improve the rationalization of asset and resource utilization

〝Facilitate planning and scheduling process standardization across the organization

〝Support managers in the execution of inventory buffer strategy

〝Develop metric reports to manage the performance of global tactical planning and factory scheduling

〝Lead global planning engine improvement effort to support the expansion of business requirements

〝Lead global/regional planning process improvement projects

〝Support China supply chain network expansion and channel inventory management

附加條件：: Education and Experience; 〝Bachelor or master degree in engineering or supply chain related field; 〝Over 6 years hands-on experience in global planning/RCCP/MRP/CRP/production scheduling or related consulting/BPI efforts in Semi-con/LCD/Consumer Electronic industries; 〝Proficient in constrained based planning engine and capable to conduct 〝what-if〝 simulation to minimize supply gap; 〝Solid supply chain planning competency with strong quantitative analytical capability; 〝Experience to work in global/regional supply chain environment for MNC or global consulting firms preferred; 〝Experience to work with multi-function (MFG/ R&D/ Engineering/ Sales/ Procurement, etc.) is a plus; 〝BI, data warehousing and data mining experience preferred; 〝ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft …) experience is a plus; 〝Project management experience required; 〝Good presentation skill; 〝Good Chinese/English verbal and writing capability; 〝CPIM is a plus; 〝Travel frequency ~25％/month
