工作說明：

? Manage and supervise the finance team & with responsibilities for

regional consolidation of the monthly financial reports, oversight of

the financial controls and processes across the region, and

providing first level support to users of the financial systems.

? Organise and supervise accounting activities to maintain control

and accuracy in transactions on a regional basis

? Support the Regional Director in the collation and review of the

regional budgets and financial forecasts.

? Provide advice on adherence to financial accounting policies, risk

management, business controls & relevant Tax requirements.

? In conjunction with the Regional Director, lead the business

process transformation project across APAC, which will involve

process simplification, standardization and automation, clarity on

roles, accountabilities and workflows, and centralization of certain

functions.

? Support local teams on audit preparations, advice on policy

compliance, risk mitigation, remediation actions, and facilitate

communication with the auditors, where necessary.

? Work closely with Local Finance teams to ensure effective

communications; coordinating activities between ASC and the

APAC finance teams
