工作說明：

- To implement & manage commercial term and cost effective operational support onshore and offhsore, Service Delivery including Customer Account Services, Account Maintenance, Global Standard implement on Customer Due Diligence, KYC and its remediation, provide centralized bank-wide HUB users Help desk, Asset Operations of Personal Loan and External Correspondent.

- The job holder served include RBWM, Global Private Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets customers, align with the bank strategies and objective of both the Line of Business & Group/Regional. Services ensure to deliver, which may be in conflict, customer satisfactory, high quality complying with Groups Standards & Local Regulatory needs.

- Upon Local Incorporation, the Banking Operations Business Services undertakes, Group target Operating Model and Global Standard/FATCA execution, its operational support provided its complexity in compliance with internal & external regulation and guidelines, including SOX, BICAR, BIMs, FIMs, RCA, Customer Data Protection, Global Standard on AML and Sanction.

- Maintain internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

- Giving Global Standard/FATCA execution, RCA, Financial Crime Compliance, and support business growth, looking into future, the customer information on process across local, region and Group imposes great challenge for Customer Data Sharing and KYC remediation on Customer Due Diligence.

- To deliver and exceed its Group expectation under different time pressure, priorities while resources are limited through streamline, STP and flexible capacity pooling.

- Through Global Standard execution, the job holder is required to establish a strong Risk Governance Knowledge, management mechanism to ensure information risk & quality and cost effective services are delivered in compliance with regulatory and Group Standards.

- To maximize benefits of limited resource of expertise so to provide cost effective processes as well as high quality services.

- To cope with the customer groups’ scale up plans for the coming years, challenge to develop a working environment where staff empowered and constantly encouraged to improve productivity and performance.

- Staff Engagement & Staff Transformation is a key driver of success for the Bank and the role.

- High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously by a large and diverse team.

- Practical experience of significant project management.

- License of Internal Control is required.
