- 工作說明：
- 1.Ensure site management is fulfilling the service delivery to the requirements of the Service Agreement signed with the specific customers.
2.Conclude new business in line with the annual target for new sales and cross sales
3.Ensure the required project reporting (to the customer and/or ISS regional KAM) is completed in time
4.Manage the mobilization and transition in connection with new projects.
5.Coordinate and negotiate together with Procurement the sub-contracted services to insure continuous cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
6. Operate the managed contracts to the requirements of the customer, the quality standards of ISS and to the full satisfaction of the customers.
7. Manage CCB, CB1, CB2 according to the budget or estimate – and continuously look for increases/cross-sales/once-only job opportunities.
8. Ensure continued improvement in the service delivery quality and customer satisfaction
9. Be an active member of the ISS Taiwan KAM team
10. Participate in the OTL reporting meetings together with the Site Managers on a monthly basis
11. Coordinate and maintain good relationship with the KA managed.
12. Conduct regular meetings with the clients (with Site Management), ISS APAC team, as well as ISS Taiwan back office staff. - 工作地點：
