工作說明：

Responsible for providing premium Food and Beverage service delivery and guest relations through well-developed food and beverage skills, knowledge and experience

1.Guest relations

-Establishes immediate eye contact with guest.

-Greets all guests at venue entrance, seats them and promotes positive customer relations.

-Takes control and maintains reservations where applicable.

-Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor.

-Promotes repeat business by recognizing VIP’s and regular guests.

-Maintains cleanliness of menus, bill folder and entrance.

-Communicates clearly and effectively to ensure guests needs are met and handles guests queries and complaints correctly.

-Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.

-Maintain self and the environment in all areas ensuring highest standards of presentation at all times.

2.Food & Beverage Service

-Has comprehensive knowledge of all relevant pricing for menus and listed product items.

-Understands and adheres to all venue Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

-Ensures that the venue is kept in an orderly, clean, safe and hygienic manner at all times.

-Maintains all service stations and support areas in line with SOP’s and ensures that all relevant materials for service are stored appropriately and maintained to guest expectations.

-Displays a keen interest in the venue’s product offerings, and a passion for ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.

-Has a comprehensive knowledge of all current venue F&B promotions and related offers.
