The Successful Applicant

國際日產量2000噸以上提油廠廠長經驗至少5年

國際大廠10年以上廠長經驗

具備高效領導、組織協調、整合與決策能力

學歷條件:大學以上畢業

語文條件:能以中文或英文或日文溝通者

Job Description

*Implementing/improving the new edible oil production techniques and production management.

*Strategy planning for the company direction in terms of technical skills, product improvement, and NPI to enhance the company to accomplish to the next level.

*Integrate and leading the team of production, quality and R&D.

*Production staff and technical engineers training and development. Production staff and technical engineers training and development

The Successful Applicant

*Bachelor degree or above in related field.

*5+ years managerial experiences in production site which generates 2000 tons or above edible oil annually in multinational company.

*10+ years experiences as Plant Manager or Factory Manager.

*Great people management skills, able to organize, communicate and strategic planning.

*Fluent either in Mandarin, English or Japanese.
