工作說明：: 工作內容:

l Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for service network.

l Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of Service value added Network elements Serve as local customer interface.

l Handle Resolve cases and reporting to care/project manager.

l As customer daily on site interface and fulfill customer expectation without over delivering to enhanced.

l Customer satisfaction, promptly respond customer’s inquiries and requests.

l Prompt reaction to the customer demands and follow customer working time and site rules.

l Work as a technical engineer to cooperate with 3rd party vendors.

條件:

l A degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Communication engineering

l 2. Minimum 3 years experience IT or Telecom industry.

l 3. Experience in IT or telecom value added system integration is a plus. Such as: SMSC,cell broadcasting server or Lawful intercept.

l 4. Min 3 years experience in RedHat Linux or UNIX Admin.

l 5. Min 1 year experience in Oracle database Admin. (Must have)

l 6. Experience in Shell script, Perl, JAVA, and XML programming.

l 7. Flexibility in project work and good interpersonal skills

l 8. Customer Service attitude and understanding telecom operator business

l 9. Good in English (read and speak)
