工作說明：

1. Business Process Services - Familiar with administrative and factory operations, follow the JTI business strategies to deploy technical solutions, which are from field users‘ operations, analytic reports development, and strategic planning framework. Develop good customer relationship with related business communities.

2. Change Management - As a business application analyst, specific roles include:

(1) Management of system integration initiatives to ensure alignment of development strategy with business priorities, and transparency and management visibility of system-related changes and decisions.

(2) Change request management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of technical design/assessment, implementation cost and solution delivery based on business requirements.

3. System and Data Management - Support business system upgrades and releases, responsible for validation of new application environment and business functions based on testing collaboration with Corporate IT. From data perspective, responsible for data integration implementation and post go-live support to ensure technical environment is well maintained and data is efficiently manipulated. Work closely with business and Corporate IT to support trouble shooting of data or data integration issues.

4. Incident Management - Responsible to ensure proper and timely resolution cascaded from GSD or Corporate IT teams. Provide GSD awareness training to field users to increase knowledge of GSD capabilities and contact information. Regularly provide updates and reports of outstanding issues for improvement planning.

5. System Validation - Accountable to manage and coordinate system validation for any changes or new releases with business power users. Ensure all the functionalities with data are fully tested before promoting to PROD environment.

6. User Training - Support business owner on user training arrangement, especially for any changes or new releases, to all the JTI back offices users and field users to ensure their capability on using the system.

7. Infrastructure Support - As a backup role to support IT devices management and deployment to different groups of users as per hardware requirements and GTC assessment. Support to maintain overall Corporate IT environment, as well as perimeters of Production and Security infrastructure based on the requirements of JTI management and manufacturing processes, as well as security guidelines. Ensure that all the factory operations are well supported and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

@ Project management experience is a plus advantage

@ IT infrastructure area (PC, server and network infrastructure maintenance and MS application troubleshooting) is a plus

@ Must have experience for cording or development in application and database (Java, Net Framework, and MS SQL)
