工作說明：

- Be the personal assistant to GM by providing administrative support

- Manage office administrative duties

- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.

- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them; answering or directing inquiries.

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

- Manage data collection, report/presentation preparation, document archiving

- Manage agenda setting, meeting minutes and action items preparation and distribution on time with accuracy in English

- Handle and process expense reimbursement.

- Assist with document revisions and prepare for e-filing.
