工作說明：

? Draft, amend and update fund documentation, such as prospectuses, investors information summary, Taiwan version of shareholder mailings, client notices and preparation and review of offshore;

? Support business initiatives such as fund launches;

? Assist in the handling of all company secretarial matters of the Company, maintaining and preparing regulatory filings for corporate registrations and licences;

? Assist Taiwan Head of Legal in review of contracts and other legal documentation;

? Implement and maintain contract management processes for the Taiwan Legal Department, including contracts database and filing;

? Conduct legal research or industry survey as instructed by Taiwan Head of Legal;

? Handle day to day administrative duties of the Taiwan Legal Department;

? Provide other legal support to the Greater China Legal Team as may be requested from time to time.
