The organization has been actively expanding its operations. To manage its growing operations, our client is looking for a Consultant.

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a key member of HireRight’s team, the Consultant is responsible for working with Account Directors on assignments to deliver exceptional results for our clients. S/he will be helping companies grow and enhancing individuals’ careers by recruiting top quality candidates placing them in companies with critical staffing challenges.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Consultant reports directly to the Executive Director, Operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for wining assignments, representing HireRight in the marketplace, and fulfilling assignments by identifying, qualifying and recruiting talented candidates that meet the needs of our client companies. The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include the following:

* Contact prospective employers to introduce our services to develop new business opportunities

* Target and pursue client contacts/relationships to develop new and existing accounts

* Advocate on behalf of clients, candidates and the firm for the advancement of client and firm interests.

* Development of the innovative search strategy

* Constructing target lists of companies and candidates

* Coordinating internal and external research resources

* Mine a wide variety of resources (job boards, data bases, networking, referrals, etc.) for qualified candidates and provide timely and innovative sourcing results

* Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research

* Contacting high-potential prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that have been developed through the marketing efforts

* Writing position specifications

* Conducting candidate interviews

* Completing progress reports

* Documenting candidate qualifications and references.

* Client and candidate communication

* Manage the placement process from introduction of candidate to client through offer and acceptance

* Take personal responsibility for your success and use the tools provided to build your business

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned sales professional for this role will have:

* The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role where multiple projects and competing demands are the nature.

* The successful candidate should be good for research, consultative, and advocacy skills to deliver extraordinary service to clients.

* The successful candidate should be with strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for details.

* The successful candidate should be good for stress management, aggressive, initiative, and willing to take challenge.

* The candidate should be able to influence and persuade people to his/her ideas, as well as create win-win situations for all parties involved.

* S/he must be a team player and a creative problem solver.

* Good oral and written communication skills appropriate for presentation senior-level of clients.

* S/he must be an energetic, roll-the-sleeves up, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional.

* The successful candidate must bring a strong sense of accountability, people-oriented, with high energy, a sense of urgency, and flexible with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, drive, and push things forward in an innovative manner.

* S/he must be able to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate should possess a level of knowledge acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience. The successful candidate will receive an extremely attractive commission package without any cap. The earning potential is limited only by your drive and ambition.
