工作說明：: ■ Volume / Mix for new/used/fleet (40％)

Deliver annual/monthly sales plan for Taiwan

Evaluate, Coach and Support dealer’s sales performance

Support and Implement the development of sales program

Report every week the sales trend and actions in place

Support the establishment of the yearly dealer contract (incl appendixes for volume, mix, bonuses, incentives….)

Support the development the annual and monthly volume planning, including retail, wholesales, and ordering

■ Dealer Management ( 30 ％)

Support the development and implementations the Ideal Sales Processes and

Stock management (including ideal logistical solutions for new and used cars).

Analyses the dealers’ market potential

Support the sets up of a business plan per dealer and adapts Taiwan’s strategy to dealer level

Support to defines Sales target for dealers, including model mix and fleet target

Support to defines the tactical actions

Support the develops local events or partnership at dealer level

Maximizes potential for each dealer area

Monitor market competition and market movements and keep Management and Taiwan colleagues informed

■ Cooperation and Teamwork ( 10 ％)

Perform team work with all other functions; including dealers

Communicate and feedback Voice of Market with colleagues

Support DSS performance of Taiwan

■ Customer satisfaction ( 20 ％)

Support to implement and steer local actions to increase customer/dealer satisfaction and loyalty

Responsible for dealer qualitative performance
