- 工作說明:
- 1. Execute and administer as a HR business partner & full function HR, supporting our business, operations and organization plans in all HR issues.
2. Analyze business challenges & HR programs to initiate and implement HRD projects and planning in business units in accordance with the corporate policy and standards.
3. Review, execute and administer programs designed to reflect current situation and establish and maintain effective employee relations through the equitable application of policies and procedures also ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
4. Analyze organization data and recommend actions, provide advice on HR matters to people managers base on business need and insights. Develop and implement the People Strategy in support of the business.
5. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, succession plan and drive business change efforts
6. Conducting global HR operations by scheduling, monitoring and following up on work results.
7. Maintaining HR system data integrity and work with the Global HR to process data updates.
8. Coordinate capability development and workforce planning to implement and follow-up people training and development programs to improve skills of employees, and establish digital of the learning materials
9. Plan and implement employee (including people managers) relationship system to keep good employee relationship at all time, further to make positive influence to colleagues and to the organization.
10. Consult with the HR Head to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model.
