工作說明：: A global leading market resource company is looking for a sales manager to develop and drive the direct business in Taiwan.

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Taiwan, you will be responsible for establishing business relationship with Technology clients and key accounts and managing the sales activities across Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

? achievement of net new sales target assigned by sales management

? identification of new opportunities within assigned accounts, and the identification of new potential customer companies

? cross selling of additional business unit‘s products

? development of professional account plans and customer profiles as well as professional territory plans and strategies

? participation on national or global teams and leadership of those teams if required

? continued professional development and activity reporting

? negotiating, effective presentations and communication, and product and industry knowledge

? periodically be required to provide client and prospective client contact information when direct marketing programs are developed

To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding about the Technology business and Semiconductor industry, and also the domestic & global plans and operations of different region.

Key requirements:

? a minimum of ten years’ experience working in the IT industry

? a minimum of five years‘ sales experience

? experience of managing large accounts or state-owned enterprises

? experience working for MNC company

? solid understanding of the IT industry

? excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
