工作說明：: A global connector company is looking for a Assistant to VP to develop and drive the manufacture in China.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacture, you will be responsible for managing and leading for all manufacturing centres, safety and environment culture, focus on people productivity, keep Factory Quality Rating within targets to provide the desired performance, identify wastes and loses to reduce cost of goods and maximise overall gross margins.

To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding about the connector or related industry, and also has manufacture operation experience.
