Our client, a leading player in retail cosmetics products over 130 countries, owns 23 global brands worldwide which bring annual sales superior to 50 million euros. They have continuing growth business by providing products which are innovative, highly effective, practical and pleasant to use, and which are manufactured to the most demanding standards of quality and safety. To manage the growing business in Taiwan, our client is currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the position of Key Account Supervisor.
POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE
The Key Account Supervisor will negotiate with major retailers in Taiwan.The incumbent will be in charge of overseeing the key account channel chain store,planning and implementing the commercial activities to increase the sales volume.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The incumbent reports directly to the Sales Key Account Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities and priorities of the successful candidate will include, but not be limited to
the following:
? Assist to manage and oversee key account channel chain store
? Plan and implement Commercial activities
? Negotiate with key account channel chain store
? Control budget
? Coordinate points of sales materials between sales and marketing team
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A successful candidate of highly motivated and seasoned professions of for this role will have:
? A minimum of 2 years working experiences in multi-national FMCG company
? A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
? Competencies which include negotiation, communication,decision making&problem solving, relationship management,and energy.
? Good English proficiency in communication skills.
? Being experienced in field operation (store level)
EDUCATION
Bachelor or above degree of Electronic related disciplines is required.
COMPENSATION
A competitive compensation will be commensurate with background and experience.
