About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company and they like talents who are open-minded, creative, strong in project management and also speak fluent English.

Job Description

- CSR event: plan and execute events

- Project management: facilitate, plan, execute and post action review

- Vendor selection/control: coach vendors and ensure the delivery meet‘s company standards

- Facilitate productivity by suggesting/creating tools

- Give guidance when there are customer complaints and handle the tasks according to company‘s policy

- Work with operation and brand team to collect data required to help with company‘s intelligence

The Successful Applicant

- 10 years of experience in event planning, marketing & PR, and media relations

- Great communication skill and strong in project management

- Great presentation skill

- Remain positive and calm in a fast paced and high pressured environment

- Prior experiences at large international company

- Great knowledge and network with media
