工作說明:


Responsible for Red Jacket to NSD Sales Education work on the sales force (SF), start from understand SF’s needs/issues, To develop training plan/program /material, organize training activities, coordinate to train trainers from sales force, to increase the sales force knowledge base/business skills. To enhance sales communication efficiency by developing Sales communication plan.

負責銷售團隊紅外套到首席督導的培訓工作. 從了解銷售團隊的需求及問題, 發展訓練計劃/方案及教材, 組織培訓活動, 到從銷售團隊中培養種子講師, 來提昇銷售團隊的業務基礎及技能. 另一項重要職責是藉由擬定業務溝通計劃來提昇對銷售團隊溝通的效能. 工作內容如下 :

1. Fully understanding company strategy and direction in order to develop and execute effective training programs to support SF and ultimately help company achieve goal.

充份了解公司策略與方向, 擬定/執行有效培訓方案來支持銷售團隊, 最終支持達成公司整體目標.

2. Evaluate and identify the training needs from the perspective of both the sales force and the company, and work closely with Corporate/Region/Great China and team members to develop, organize, enhance, training programs, training classes, and training materials.

從銷售團隊及公司兩方面角度來評估及界定培訓需求, 與總公司/亞太區/大中華及公司相關同事共同合作, 擬定/組織/提昇培訓方案/課程及教材.

3. Plan and execution of training programs/activities, include plan and manage execution of TTT (Train The Trainer), communicate with trainers for develop and execute training materials properly and ensure its quality. Control cost/expense within budget.

培訓方案與活動的規劃與執行, 包含種子講師方案規劃/管理與執行, 跟講師溝通培訓內容與教材來確保培訓質量. 掌控預算.

4. Plan and execute training programs and classes through trainers on team building skills and techniques, business management, skin care classes, and related classes for the sales force.

規劃執行培訓方案及課程, 透過講師將建立團隊技能/業務管理/美容課及相關課程授與銷售團隊, 強化銷售團隊業務能力.

5. Review the participation status of all training activities, and the career movement of participants to ensure the maximum participation and link to move on career path as well

檢視所有培訓活動參與及其往事業道路前進的情形, 來確保最大化的課程活動參與率及前進事業道路成果.

6. Keep on utilizing different sales communication channels to delivery company guidance and resources to sales force. Provide communication information on SD memo, Applause to educate and motivate sales force.

持續地善用各種業務溝通管道將公司的方向/指引與資源傳達至銷售團隊. 提供溝通訊息至督導通訊, 喝采以教育及激勵銷售團隊.

7. Initiate e communication channel /tool and plan to enhance sales communication efficiency and promote Mary Kay career opportunity .(Ex: e week highlight /I story video)

發起電子化溝通管道與工具, 規劃提昇業務溝通效能, 推廣玫琳凱事業機會 (例如 : 每週焦點, I-Story錄像)
