工作說明：

? Coordinates and drives the talent review process in the company and identifies appropriate plans and actions to develop key talents.

? Actively solicits input from line management, employees and peers to identify organizational needs and provide quality and cost effective training and development intervention solutions.

? Coordinates the learning resources in the company to optimize the utilization of the resources.

? Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art assessment and development systems, develops and challenges the status quo and champions new development initiatives that contribute to the development of a high performance culture.

? Develops and manages budget, programs development and delivery;

? Monitor the organization climate and develop solutions to maintain and enhance the engagement of employees.

? Manages and balances organizational needs and relationships and actively acts as a resource to provide training & development expertise to line managers.

? Has wide external contacts with training and development providers and consultants.
