【工作說明】

Working under general supervision, assist in the research, design, communication, implementation and administration of Compensation and Benefits programs to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

?Provide administrative, data modeling and analysis, and analytical support to a variety of global compensation programs and tools, including, but not limited to, annual/mid-year review process, short and long-term incentive plans, and other broad-based compensation programs

?Participate in global compensation surveys to collect and analyze data to determine company’s competitive market position

?Participate actively in quantitative aspects of special studies and create recommendations on projects such as funding and allocation of base salary, incentive and other compensation programs

【需求條件】

Ideal candidates will have:

?Experience with compensation market analysis and pay cycle administration

?Experience with SuccessFactors

?Advanced experience with regulatory compliance in compensation programs

?Bachelor’s degree required with a 5+ years of work related experience in Compensation and Benefits

?Proficiency with HRIS (i.e., Oracle) and market analysis tools such as PayFactors

?Advanced skills level in Excel, including use of nested IF statements, v-lookups, and pivot tables, is required

?Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and apply to find creative solutions to unique situations
