工作說明：

?Define requirements for the Repair and Maintenance Manuals, Repair Reports, Production Reports and all the necessary documents during the production process.

?Gather and analyze reports of each step of the production process on technical issues encountered and other incidents regarding the product functionalities and reliabilities to ensure compliance with requirements.

?Familiarize with the product upgrades and changes to ensure the delivery of competent service to Internal Business Units and Global Services Department.

?Monitors the product manufacturing process, assembly lines, etc. ensuring SMTT assembly Standards for our products.

?Record all the maintenance and repairs information, problems and actions taken.
