工作說明：

A. Lead the IT function for BUs worldwide:

1.Engage and partner with BUs to deliver solutions that enhance the business.

2.Proactively develop approaches and strategies to meet the challenges of growth and efficiency.

3.Gains understanding of business strategies and develop long-range IT strategies in support of BUs.

4.Build and manage relationship with business leaders and general managers.

5.Establish and enlist IT governance and steering committees for IT project.

6.Proactively communicate progress and issues with business management.

7.Oversee the execution of IT strategy aligned with corporate strategies for technology infrastructure, information systems architecture and the IT organization.

8.Manage suppliers and outsourcing providers.

Manage the IT investment:

1.Ensure timely, cost effective, reliable delivery of IT services and projects.?

2.Work with business to develop business cases for IT projects, secure funding.?

3.Identify opportunities for business operational efficiency and drive to specific metrics for business cost saving and value creation.

4.Measure and report on IT performance.

Manage IT human resources:

1.Optimize the organizational design of IT function.

2.Assess, develop and upgrade talent to increase the organizational capability and value of IT.?

3.Develop and maintain a motivated and competent IT workforce.

Manage IT governance, risk, and controls:

1.Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements: risk assessment, controls design and monitoring.

2.Meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

3.Establish global information technology standards.

4.Guide the global IT teams to implement infrastructure systems and enterprise applications.

5.Responsible for the accomplishment of all the mandatory internal procedures

and regulations.
