工作說明：

(A)工作職責 Responsibilities / Job Description

1.Report to Segment Manager to maintain and develop markets in commercial buildings and/or manufacturing plants

2. Responsible for achieving sales goals and market development for Building Construction market in the sales region

3. Accountable for establishing and meeting short and long term top line growth

4. Work independently to approach potential CBS developers, IT users , consultants, contractors for business development

5. Responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers

6. Consult/investigate key business opportunities with range of customer contacts including consultant and construction companies

7. Conduct in-house seminar & training for customers to promote feature & benefit of products

8. Coordinate and team work with relevant sales engineers

(B) 條件與工作經驗 Qaulifications / Requirements

1. Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment

2. Actively looking into creative means and improving competitive edge

3. BS or MS in Air-conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering

4. 2 years experience in sales and is familiar with Air-conditioning systems or M/E systems in:

(a)Residential or commercial buildings

(b)Industrial factories but not limited to IT manufacturers

(二年國內營建市場或半導體製造等產業建廠之空調專案或機電專案經驗)

5.Traveling domestically and some trips overseas are expected

6.Be responsible, Think ahead and Innovative

7.Self starter, highly committed, initiative, team player, and able to work under pressure

8.Good command of English is a plus

9.Good communication skills
