To manage business growth, our client is in need of a dedicated and committed professional for the position of Retail Manager.
LOCATION
Taipei, Taiwan
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:
?Inventory management
?People Management – sales team motivation & development
?Department store relationship management
IDEAL CANDIDATE
?At least 3 years retail experience, cosmetic industry experience is preferred.
?At least 3 years Sales management experience.
?Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills.
?Initiatives, fashion flair and analytical skills.
?Good connections with fashion opinion leaders and a global point of view.
?Proven customer service orientation and flexibility.
?The candidate should be able to influence and persuade people to his/her ideas, as well as create win-win situations for all parties involved.
?Demonstrated ability to lead, drive, and push things forward in an innovative manner.
?Strong positive interpersonal and communication skills influencing and working cross-functionally across all aspects of the company.
?S/he should have a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of customers.
?S/he must be an energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional.
?The candidate should be fluent oral and written in English and Chinese.
EDUCATION
The idea candidate should possess a Bachelor degree or an advanced degree.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience. The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package and the opportunity to maximize his/her skills with an industry leader.
