工作說明：

* Gather and evaluate business requirements from the end users, and develop detailed business requirements documents and process flows.

* Act as liaison between the end users and technical team to clarify business requirements.

* Develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans, cases and scenarios at program level. Determine testing success criteria.

* Interpret and validate business user acceptance test results.

* Facilitate communication with the users, technical team and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that business requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts.

* Support multiple projects/tasks across international sites.

* Must have excellent analytical and communication skills. Some international travel will be required.
