About Our Client

Our client is a US top tier big name in banking sector. They have been in the country for quite some time and is continuing performing really well.

Job Description

-Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight to the Taiwan Services team.

-Manage Client Service daily activities, work assignments, team workloads and daily production requirements to ensure efficiency and quality services standards are met.

-Perform special assignments, take lead/support and implement regional projects as assigned by Country Head.

-Develop team members through effective planning, coaching and training.

-Harness the Bank‘s varied resources and work with internal business partners to deliver quality and proactive services to our clients.

The Successful Applicant

-University (or above) graduate.

-At least 10 years‘ experience in managerial position in a large, international bank‘s Operations or Client Services/Fulfillment.

-Knowledge of a broad range of banking products.

-Excellent skills in presentation, communication, time management and problem solving.

-Ability to maintain & promote teamwork spirit and deliver client-focus concept to the Team.

-Strong management and leadership skills. Friendly & patient personality is a plus.
