工作說明：: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

1.Analyze the business requirements of customers to create a complete picture of workflows and requirements, and identify fulfillment of those by existing and proposed software.

2.Work collaboratively with Customers, Upper Management, Development Managers, Architecture, QA, Operations and other Software Developers in coordinating requirements and scheduling according to customer expected deadlines.

3.Use industry best practices to implement tracking and reporting to a small number of stakeholders, and publish them for access by a larger audience.

4.Define the problem statement and primary objectives of customer requests, to be signed off by the customer.

5.Set up tracking tools/systems for projects from conception to delivery to synchronize the development teams on/off-shore or outsourced.

6.Create business specifications that describe the problem statement, to a detail clear enough for the development team’s technical specifications.

7.Escalate possible interference to other systems or gaps in requirements in advance.

8.Continuously suggests improvements and optimizations of processes, tools and solutions.

Our client’s platforms drive efficiency at every stage of the vehicle lifecycle, providing essential data and services around vehicle history, electronic titling, service and maintenance, collision repair estimation and valuation, fraud detection, parts procurement, vehicle disposal, insurer re-underwriting, and more. Our client is currently operating in 36 countries, covering most developed and developing countries in the world.; Recently, our client has formed a SMR Group and would like to position their client as the global thought leader and premier provider of Comprehensive, end-to-end Automotive Service, Maintenance and Mechanical and Collision Repair (SMR) solutions. To support the mission fulfillment in SMR Group, our client is establishing an Innovation Team in Taiwan and is seeking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner in Taiwan.; REPORTING RELATIONSHIP; Report to the Platform Development Manager based in Zurich; POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE; The Business Analyst / Product Owner will play a critical role in the software development process. The Business Analyst / Product Owner should analyze the business requirements of customers, and co-work with different internal and external parties, including customers, senior management team, development managers, architecture, QA, and software developers in coordinating requirements and scheduling according to customer expected deadlines and service level agreement as well.; IDEAL CANDIDATE; The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have to meet the requirement below:; Must have:; -Analytical thinking.; -Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.; -Experience working with developers, project managers as well as business unit managers.; -Collaboration with teams located at remote locations.; -Ability to create professional software documents for business use.; -Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good interpersonal skills.; -Multi-tasking and good time management abilities.; -Ability to work under time pressure.; Good to have:; -Experience in Agile software development methodologies.; -Experience with Jira.; -Experience with MS Project, MS Excel (pivot charts and macros).; -Previous interaction with customers from diverse regions and different cultures.; Personal Characteristics; -Customer focus.; -Team player with a focus on the big picture and overall success of the customers, the SMR team, and whole holding company.; -Passion and commitment to quality.; -Ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment where change is constant and needs to be managed.; -Must be performance driven, detail, and results oriented.; -Extremely flexible when it comes to travel.; EDUCATION; Bachelor‘s degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent filed is highly preferred.
