工作說明：


1. Undergo a 2-year fast-track career development program, gaining exposure in different areas including 1 year in Sales to build up your business acumen and 1 year in Marketing or Engineering or other function to develop your strategic thinking skills and product knowledge

2. Exposure to senior management team

3. Building customer network in the construction industry

4. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to pursue a specialist role in your preferred streams; or advancement to a management position for those with high potentials
