- 工作說明：
- Responsibilities
? Oversee and manage a team of staff in the smooth execution of the payroll function
? Hands-on payroll management for expat employee
? Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company
? Manage and review market survey data sources and recommend changes to salary structure as necessary to attract, retain and motivate employees
? Manage, support and implement modifications to the HRIS system maintenance and operations
? Review and update company’s HR policies to ensure that they comply with legal compliance with government regulations
? Act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising HR and business managers
? Provide Finance & Accounting Department with HR related data to facilitate statistical reports to authorities
Requirements
? Degree with 3 years relevant experience in C&B and payroll
? Diploma with 5 years relevant experience in C&B and payroll
? Possess strong analytical and organizing skills, excellent in numerical and meticulous to details
? Good planning and organizational abilities
? Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
? Fluent in English and Mandarin

? Willingness to work overseas for at least 3 years
