1. Primary responsibility for establishing and managing a strong and active Sales Force of ICT solution, professional service and SI to ensure achievement of sales goals.

2. Identify and prioritize the markets with the great potential for growth in industry segments.

3. Attain and exceed sales objectives by developing strategies and executing plans to grow sales force & revenue.

4. Advise and assist management regarding development of sale strategies and plans for continued expansion.

5. Lead sales team to establish high level dialog at customer CxO level

2. Rich experience in managing a sales team for selling solutions based services or products.

3. An in-depth knowledge of market development and sales strategies for solution based Direct Selling Business.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong personal presence.

5. Strong communication, negotiation, proposal and presentation skills.

6. Mobility and Cloud understanding.

7. Must be Smart Creative.
